Occupied Staging
For those homeowners who must live in their homes while the property is on the market we can stage your property using what you already have.
We will rearrange your current furniture, art and accessories for optimum eye appeal.
Should it be necessary, we can provide additional furnishings and accessories for rent.

DIY Consultation
Should you wish to do the work yourself, this one is for you.
We will walk through your entire home with you making recommendations on everything from furniture and accessory placement to items that may need to be added or removed.
We can also assist with rental of any items you may need in order to finalize your staging.
Consultations start at $195.00 and can run from 1.5 - 2 hours.
*Additional charges apply for properties more than a 30 minute drive from our office. Should the consult go over 2 hrs additional charges will be at the rate of $50/hr.
Design Consultations
The design consultation is a time to listen to whatever challenges you are having with the existing space, learn more about your vision for the space, how you'd like to use it, what your lifestyle is and how you'd like to feel in the space.
This might include but not be limited to helping you choose paint colors, finishes, flooring and more.
Pricing starts at $100/hr and may vary based on the scope of work
