What types of services do you offer?
We offer two types of staging services:
Vacant Staging and DIY Consultations. Due to COVID our in person occupied staging services are temporarily suspended. However, we are offering a virtual DIY staging option.

What is your service area?
We serve areas within a 30 minute drive from our Whitehall, Ohio office.
How much does staging cost?
Pricing varies based on the scope of work. We are happy to preview the property to provide a no cost estimate.
How do I prepare my home before you stage it?
Be sure the home is clean and any repair and construction work should be complete before our team arrives.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit or Debit Cards
Do you pro-rate your fees?
We typically do not pro-rate.
Why is the initial payment so much higher?
The initial set-up fee is the most expensive because it includes: all labor charges, your initial set up, tax, first months inventory rental, travel charges and removal once the home goes in to contract.
How much is due when I schedule my staging?
If scheduled more than 10 days before installation day, once the agreement is signed, a 50% deposit is due. Full payment is due if install is scheduled under 10 days. The remainder of the upfront fee is due 48 hours prior to staging day installation.
Why can’t you stage my house in under 10 days?
Due to our level of stagings, removals and logistics needed to prepare for a staging installation, it is our professional policy to schedule 10-14 days out.
I’m flipping a house. How soon can we call you to preview the property for a quote?
As soon as you go to drywall.
Can you move any furniture or items we leave in the property?
Due to the liability involved, we are unable to move any items left in the home.
Will you be using nails when you hang art? I would prefer Command Strips.
Yes, we do use small nails. The fact is, Command Strips pull the paint and drywall so we opt not to use them for that reason.
When will you remove your staging once the house goes into contract?
We strive to remove the staging no later than 2 days prior to closing. Once your home goes into contract we ask that you or your agent immediately let us know an provide us with the closing date so we can plan the removal accordingly. Even if the closing is not for another 30-45 days, its best to give us enough notice so we can also work around your rental due date so that you do not incur another rental fee.
Can we be at the staging?
It is preferred that only our team is at the property as they can work much more efficiently when it is just them.
Can we change your staging?
No. There is liability if something is damaged.
How will you access my property on staging day?
Your Agent can leave a lockbox and provide us with the code. We do have SUPRA access so we can access the property that was as well.
When do you need to know if we need another month of staging?
We ask that you let us know at least 10 days prior to your due date so we can plan accordingly in the event that we have to schedule to remove.
Is there a cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please let us know 2 business days before the install. Cancellations under that will be subject to a $300 cancellation fee.
When are monthly payments due?
We provide a 4 day grace period for payments. If a payment is made more than 4 days after the due date, a 10% late fee will apply to the rental payment.
When can I schedule photos of the property?
We ask that photos not be scheduled the same day as the staging installation. This allows for any challenges that may arise on install day. Please allow 24 hours after staging to schedule your photos.
