- 1 Small kitchen (typically doesn't have an island)

- 1 Living Room (1 -2 zones)
- 1 Dining room and/or eating space (seats 4-6)
- 1 Kitchen
- 1 Bedroom

Custom Staging Services
Not every project fits neatly into a package—and that’s where our custom staging services come in. If your property requires a more tailored approach, we’re happy to create a personalized staging plan just for you. Because these projects vary in scope, we’ll need to see the space before providing a quote. Request a quote to schedule a walk-through so we can design a staging solution that fits your specific needs.
Pricing for all services will vary based on the size of the home and scope of work. Pricing above is just a guide and may change once we preview the home. Add on services are available.

Short Term Rental
and Airbnb Styling
Specializing in staging Airbnb and short-term rental properties, we use our staging and design expertise to transform spaces with a touch of class.
Our focus is on creating functional yet stylish interiors, enhancing the overall appeal of your property.

From design concept to sourcing furniture and all hospitality necessities for the property. We can do as little or as much as you'd like.

Staging Consultation
​
In a 2 hour walkthrough, we will give direction on all the things that will support getting your home stage ready. This ranges from necessary updates and repairs to furniture placement.
​
After the consultation, if you decide to do the staging yourself, you will have access to us for support via text and email for 5 business days.
​
If you decide you would like us to stage the home, we will provide you with a customized quote for us to do the hands on staging using your current furnishings.
Consultations start at $295.00

NOTE: If you are are sure you want us to stage your occupied property, we still start with the paid consultation and will apply a discount to your final occupied staging quote.

*Additional charges apply for properties more than a 30 minute drive from our office. Should the consult need to go over 2 hrs additional charges will be at the rate of $100 per hour.
Design Consultations
The Design Consultation is where we will spend up to 60 minutes with you previewing your space to gain a clear understanding of your project with regards to your goals for the space so we can support you with creating a space that you love.
Design projects are are very unique. Cost of the actual design service is based on scope of work so we are unable to provide a quote until after the consultation. After the consultation a proposal of services will be delivered to you via email.
If you chose to move forward with the design project, we will forward the contract and invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your project on on our calendar.
Design Consultations are $250
(due 48 hours prior to the appointment)
