STUDIO
Studio 3 is a neutrally staged space located in Whitehall, Ohio designed to accommodate your creative endeavors. Whether you require a setting for a photoshoot, content creation, small business meeting, or creative workshop, this versatile space is equipped to fulfill all your requirements.
Guests are more than welcome to bring in their own props or backdrops! And you may move any of the furniture pieces (except for the sofas) to suit your needs and return to thier original placement when finished.
Although our front space gets great lighting, we still suggest you consider the forecast when scheduling for photo shoots.

Pricing Structure
This number includes the renter
5 people or less - $60/hour
6-10 people - $80/hour
* Studio 3 is currently not available for EVENTS such as large parties and weddings.
* Damages to the studio may result in a minimum charge of $300.
* Note: the space and area are secured with cameras for the safety of the office park and our guests.
