Stacey is a long time resident of Columbus and has always had a passion for interiors and design. "As a kid I was drawing floor plans and redecorating my parents house all the time. My mom never knew what the house would look like when she came home from work." she said.

She began selling real estate and found herself recommending changes to her listing clients that would make their homes more appealing. Which ultimately got them sold faster.  She then decided it was time to start her own staging company so she was trained by the founder of Home Staging, Barb Schwarz and that's when 3 element designs was born. Stacey believes that by strategically using the right lighting, furnishings and accessories this provides solutions on how to effectively showcase a property! This will get the property sold faster and for money.
